Michael A. Loduha, a 1972 graduate of Marquette University law School, has been in private practice in Manitowoc, Wisconsin for over 30 years.

Michael A. Loduha is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is currently serving on the Solo and Small Practitioner Committee. The last few years have been dedicated to the advancement of collaborative law as an alternative to traditional litigation, believing that family problems are best solved out of court.  He developed the Eclipse^® Collaborative Law System, an internet based software/communication tool linking attorneys and other professionals in the efficient delivery of collaborative law to their clients.  He is a founding member of the Advocates Network, Ltd., a not-for-profit organization that links community based general practice attorneys with each other and with recognized specialists in many fields of the law.

The principle focus of my practice are those legal matters most important to clients. We are a full service law firm. While we are trained to handle cases, we are here to serve people. We take care of our clients' needs in all of the personal and small business matters associated with a general practice law firm.
